Radiological and Nuclear Material Detection, Dosimetry, Decontamination Equipment and Training for Lysichansk Border Detachment

The aim of the project is to enhance the capabilities of the newly established Lysychansk border detachment, which is responsible for implementation of detection, dosimetry, and decontamination along the uncontrolled area in South-East of Ukraine. The Lysychansk border detachment is in need of technical means – radiation portal monitors, hand-held detectors, personnel dosimeters, personal protective suites, contamination control and decontamination supplies, as well as trainings to enhance radiological and nuclear materials detection and control within the area of responsibility. Trainings will be provided on the usage and maintenance of the delivered equipment.
