Anti-Crime Capacity Building Program (ACCBP) – Contribution to Central American Integration System (SICA)

Canada contributed funds to enhance the capacity of beneficiary states, international organizations and non-governmental entities to prevent and respond to threats posed by transnational criminal activity throughout the Americas. Part of the funds also supported the establishment of a regional coordinator within the Central American Integration System (SICA) to promote full and effective implementation of the obligations contained in the UNSC Resolution 1540 by SICA Member States.
