This project enhanced select countries abilities to better prepare for, detect and respond to bioterrorism threats by strengthening the capabilities of law enforcement experts to conduct effective responses to biological attacks and mitigate serious threats posed by terrorist groups operating in Iraq and Southeast Asia.
