Technical training for law enforcement and first responders that incorporates field exercises, simulations, and classroom presentations to build operational personnel’s capacity to (1) detect potential CBRN threats early in their development; (2) coordinate across agencies and sectors to establish reporting and tripwire detection; (3) lead forensic investigations, collect evidence, and conduct field analysis to detect and disrupt CBRN plots.
