Canada’s 7th Contribution to the World Institute for Nuclear Security (WINS) for Strengthening Nuclear Security Competencies

This project supports nuclear security competency building activities, including:

  1.  Supporting the sustainable development of Nuclear Security Support Centres (NSSCs);
  2.  Contributing to the development and sustainability of nuclear security learning services offered by the Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Nucleares’ (ININ) Nuclear Security Training Centre (Mexico’s NSSC);
  3.  Expanding the WINS Gender Champions Programme;
  4.  Support for the WINS Academy Expansion;
  5.  Adding a Repository of Fictional Characters, Organizations and Facilities to the WINS Academy modules; and
  6.  Strengthening of cybersecurity competencies in the nuclear industry.
