Community Health Education, Capacity & Knowledge Building (CHECK) Project

The objective of this project was to reduce communicable diseases (including HIV and STIs) in Ethiopia, through several mutually reinforcing educational interventions focused on disease prevention, health promotion, and peer support groups strengthening. This project aimed to ensure healthy lives and well-beings for women and young people, and to end epidemics of AIDS , Tuberculosis (TB), Malaria, and neglected tropical diseases by 2030.
