Project

Conducting Behavioral Based Threat Assessment Investigations to Prevent, Detect, and Disrupt CBRN Terrorism

Following a risk assessment and gap analysis, Merrick & Company, AT-RISK International, and the International Protective Security Board (the “Team”), will develop and deliver a three (3)-day training program on use of behavioral threat assessment in CBRN investigations. By the end of the training, participants will understand and be able to conduct behavioral based threat assessments and investigations to identify and assess warning signs of hostile intent and ability potentially indicative of mobilization toward an act of WMD terrorism; to establish mitigation strategies to prevent, detect, and disrupt those behaviors of concern upon return to their institutions for program adoption; and to influence national level implementation of proactive threat assessment capabilities and methodologies
