Consequence Management Assistance Program (CMAP) – Global

This program assisted Combatant Commands (COCOMs) with building consequence management capacity in partner nations. The program increased the tactical training and operational capabilities of partner nations to effectively respond to weapons of mass destruction (WMD) incidents and supported COCOM requirements to aid partner nations in building capacity to prevent the spread of WMD.
