Crime Scene Management: An Initial Approach

Strengthen law enforcement investigative capabilities to prevent terrorist acquisition of WMD materials and uncover and disrupt potential CBW attack plots. The implementer will conduct 5-day technical training for up to 40 law enforcement and security personnel each, promoting best practices for operational sample collection and security after a hostile use as well as best practices for preserving and hardening the evidentiary chain to enhance legitimacy of outcomes.
