Development of a Non-Proliferation Cheminformatics Compliance Tool

This project lays the groundwork for the development of a Non-Proliferation Cheminformatics Compliance Tool to support front-line officers working in the areas of border security, customs, security, and export controls to more easily determine if a given chemical falls within the scope of a national or international control list. This will in turn bolster the control of chemical warfare agents and their precursors and increase front-line officers’ operational capacity to implement international obligations and national efforts to prevent the proliferation of chemical weapons-related materials.
