Development of Biodefence Capabilities Project
The aim of the project is to design and develop potential therapeutics against Risk Group 4 (RG4) agents or unknown pathogens in less than 3 months through advanced technology, such as aptamers, gene editing systems, and nanotechnology. The long-term goal is to develop effective therapeutics to be deployed to first responder Mexican entities and Latin American countries with limited response capacity.
