DND Proliferation Security Initiative (PSI) Seminar

Canada’s Department of National Defense organized a two-day seminar attended by representatives from CARICOM member states. It took place in the context of the PSI’s Critical Capabilities and Practices (CCP) initiative, which seeks to improve WMD interdiction capabilities among the PSI community and partner states. These technical workshops/seminars seek to build capacity in areas such as customs enforcement and commodity identification in the Caribbean.
