Enhancing Capacities to Prevent the Trafficking of Radiological and Nuclear Material in the Middle East

This project seeks to improve capabilities of state security and law enforcement officials of Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq to devise, plan, and carry out intelligence operations to thwart nuclear or radiological trafficking attempts by creating groundwork towards a sustainable training system for law enforcement, intelligence officials and other concerned ministries and agencies and helping foster greater regional cooperation and sharing of information.
