European Union Common Training Toolkit (EUCOTT) – Transit and Transhipment

This course is intended for staff that may become involved in implementation of controls on transit and transshipment. The course begins with an overview of transit and transshipment controls, including definitions. It then examines interdiction in relation to implementation of transit and transshipment controls. A variety of case studies are then examined. The program concludes by examining the role of trade service providers (the finance, shipping and insurance sectors) in implementing transit and transshipment controls.
