Gap Analysis to determine the global training and certification needs in the area of nuclear and other radioactive material out of the regulatory control (MORC)

The gap analysis allowed the identification of the competency framework and training needs that are required to support the capabilities and build the capacity of all personnel involved in the area of nuclear and radioactive material out of regulatory control. It also allowed to identify the various levels of responsibility within organisations to reduce the risks arising from MORC (also see findings published by WINS in May 2022).
