A public messaging seminar and tabletop exercise that identified best practices for the management of public information and developed a checklist for the dissemination of information to policy levels and the public to improve capabilities for response, mitigation and investigation in cases of terrorist attacks involving the use of nuclear and other radioactive materials and substances.
