Integrating Technical and Legal Frameworks to Counter Biological Weapons Threats

This project will integrate scientific resources (laboratories, personnel, methods, data) into all levels of a nation’s policy, legislative, investigative, and prosecutorial framework for host nations’ counterterrorism and counter-proliferation (CTCP) programs. Partners’ CTCP-related investigative and prosecutorial elements will know who to ask for data and where to send data to coordinate timely and successful responses and employ data-driven decisions. Partners will incorporate awareness of developing technology into CTCP frameworks for interdiction and prosecution.
