Project

Iraq International CBRN Safety and Security Conference

TCM designed, organized, and co-facilitated Iraq’s Annual CBRN Safety and Security Conference and separately organized a follow-on synch meeting for USG and Government of Iraq (GOI) border security officials both of which took place in Baghdad, Iraq. TCM served as the primary liaison with the Iraqi conference organizing committee and worked collaboratively with local partners and DTRA sponsors to develop a conference agenda, format, and focus that would provide value to a multidisciplinary audience of more than 300 stakeholders. TCM oversaw development of panel discussion topics, provided recommendations for expert panelists and speakers, and served as panel and conference moderators. Further, TCM designed and conducted a closed working group session for conference organizers with the purpose of developing a sustainable conference design plan, emphasizing indigenous subsidization and national priorities, to be applied in subsequent years. This synchronized training and other efforts TCM supported in less than permissive and high-threat environments, environments in which TCM has expertise and past performance operating in.
