Iraq Scientist Engagement Program (ISEP)

This program engaged Iraqi scientists, technicians, and engineers with weapons of mass destruction (WMD) skills and weapons-applicable skills to promote Iraqi scientific and technological development. This program sponsored scientific conferences, training, and research grant competitions aimed at promoting chemical and biological security best practices and engaging scientists, technicians, and engineers on peaceful, civilian pursuits.
