Promotion of Universality of the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) II

This project enhanced membership of the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) in the Caribbean, Africa, Mediterranean, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific Islands. It also strengthened regional networking. Project activities included:

  • Workshop on the CWC and bilateral training and support for non-State Parties in Africa;
  • Workshop on the CWC for Mediterranean and Middle Eastern countries; and
  • Sub-regional and bilateral training and support for non-State Parties in the Caribbean.
