Reaching Critical Will (RCW)

This assistance activity has loosely monitored meetings of the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) over the years, and has at times published summary reports on its website. This activity also included conducting gender analysis of disarmament and arms control processes. This means that Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF) can advise on gender diversity, the gendered impacts of biological weapons, how predominant gender norms pose challenges to the prevention and use of biological weapons, and similar issues.
