Technical Assistance to States Signatories in Africa and in the Latin American and Caribbean Region so as to Enable Them to Fully Participate in and Contribute to the Implementation of the CTBT Verification System

This project provided group training in the regions on the processing of International Monitoring System (IMS) data and analysis of International Data Centre (IDC) products, as well basic equipment when needed. Targeted training was also given in establishing National Data Centres (NDC) and SSAs as well as in identifying and assessing the system’s civilian and scientific benefits.
