Strengthening Global Biological Security – Health-Security Interface I

Canada provided funding to support International Health Regulations (IHR) implementation. Additionally, this funding was used to strengthen: biosafety and biosecurity, core-capacities in disease detection, and surveillance, Global Alert and Response activities, and disease surveillance in conflict and disaster areas. The project also enhanced disease detection networks (PulseNet, PAGnet, GLaD platform).
